What we do?
We bring together the pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) industry in Latin America and the Caribbean to support and promote health policies that prolong, preserve, and improve the lives of patients.
We work with all ecosystem stakeholders in a changing environment, promoting scientific research and the highest standards of quality, safety, and transparency. We join together to promote access to innovation, the recognition of the value of intellectual property and initiatives that advance the health of Latin American society.
How do we work?
We promote sustainable, patient-centered health systems, working together with Local Associations, national authorities, civil society organizations, and international agencies.
At FIFARMA we know that access to innovation means health for all. That is why we promote dialogue within the industry. To contribute social value, we promote the highest regulatory and environmental standards, uphold universal ethical principles and values, and always seek to offer patients the possibility of living longer and better lives through our work.
