The Patient W.A.I.T. Indicator 2026 – Brazil, developed by FIFARMA in collaboration with IQVIA, analyzes the availability of and access to innovative medicines in the country. The study shows that only 19% of innovative molecules are fully available in Brazil, while the average time to access reaches 5.5 years. The report identifies the main barriers affecting access, as well as opportunities to improve the availability of innovation to patients.
