En este estudio se destacan los avances de Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, M\u00e9xico, Panam\u00e1, Per\u00fa, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Uruguay y se identifican los retos
